Full regular registration: Covers all technical sessions including the eProceedings. All papers are required to have at least one author that is registered by paying the full registration. At the moment of registration, the accepted paper’s ID will be requested. Accepted papers need to be registered by the “EARLY Deadline”.

IEEE INDIN 2024 conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper pay the full regular registration fees to allow for the inclusion of the paper in (i) the conference program and (ii) the IEEE-Xplore.

The maximum paper length is 6 pages for tracks, special sessions papers. An additional over-length fee of ￥350 (or $50) per page is required for each page in excess of the page limit. A max of 3 additional pages can be purchased for both paper categories.

All registrations (except Attendance Only) include:

• Participation in the conference program
• Access to conference materials
• Welcome reception
• Banquet
• Lunch and dinner (each day)
• Social event
• "Poster" signifies that the author will not attend the conference in person but is required to submit a poster for display.
• Each account can register a maximum of two papers. If more than two papers need to be registered, a new account must be created to register the remaining papers.
• Papers must be verified through IEEE PDF eXpress with Conference ID 58382X.

Early Bird fees are valid until June 30, 2024. Late registration is open until August 10, 2024.
